The Problem
Land investing means stitching together listing data, parcel boundaries, financing math and deal status across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. There was no single place where investors could browse vetted opportunities and the team could manage the pipeline behind them.
Our Solution
We built a two-sided platform: a fast, map-driven investor portal for browsing parcels with owner-financing calculators, and a secured admin back office for managing deals, listings and pipeline status. A scraper-driven data pipeline keeps inventory fresh, and Clerk handles authentication for both sides.
