Bridal Stack
A modular system for bridal salons that follows a dress from supplier order to shelf, fitting, rental or sale, cleaning and cash drawer, with the stock and money rules enforced in one place.
The problem
A salon’s hardest question is where a given dress is right now and what it has earned. Spreadsheets and generic CRMs lose the dress between the order, the rental calendar and the cleaner.
What we built
- Sales, rentals, alterations and cleaning jobs on one record per dress
- Supplier, purchase order, goods receipt and shelf chain for inventory
- Calendar, commissions and cash sessions
- Modular pricing: a free base and salon tier, paid modules on top
Engineering notes
A dress is on the shelf exactly once
Stock drops only when the dress is physically handed over and returns to the shelf exactly once on every path. A reservation closes the calendar, not the stock, and a soiled dress goes to cleaning instead of the shelf.
Goods receipt is idempotent
The receiving screen records the running total received, and stock rises only by the difference, so submitting the same form twice cannot fill the shelf twice.
Each cash movement is booked once
Rental fee, alteration fee and cleaning cost each post under a unique key, and a deposit is never counted as income.
