The problem
Buyers in Turkey judge prices from listing sites, where asking prices are noisy and the source of any average is rarely stated. Reliable figures exist in official releases, but they are not organised around the question people actually ask: is this flat worth the money?
What we built
- District and neighbourhood price index with 12-month trends
- Market pulse fed by official TCMB / EVDS series (mortgage rates, monthly sales)
- Interactive map built on real district polygons
- Programmatic city and district guides, valuation tool and forum with moderation

Every figure shows where it came from
Each index value carries its source and its last update date on the page. Where data is stale, the page says so instead of presenting it as current.
Programmatic pages with real content
Guides are generated from structured data per district, so each page answers a specific local question rather than repeating a template with the place name swapped.
