A queue screen in the style of fast-food counters: a public board for the wall, a till-side panel to issue and mark orders, an optional self-service kiosk and a tracking page per order.

The problem

A busy counter shouts numbers. A board that shows what is cooking and what is ready removes the shouting and the crowd around the pickup point.

What we built

Public TV board with Preparing and Ready columns
Till panel to issue numbers, mark ready and hand over
Kiosk page that issues a QR for customer tracking
Numbers restart daily; stale entries drop off the board automatically

Engineering notes

Device codes instead of logins

Write actions require a device code carried in the link, so a shop tablet is set up once by opening a URL while the public board stays open to read.
